Hey!! I just wanted to let everyone know that I just got a BUNCH of new ribbon over the past two weeks! Lots of holiday ribbons! Halloween is just around the corner, hehe. I also have a new bow to show you, it's not for everyone, but Brat #3 LOVES it!

Just wanted to show you what our bathroom looks like! Daddy brat says we need to add on to the house to make room for all the bows! LOL! I'm gonna have to find another place to stash these....we are running out of room! ;)

Is your little one ready to collect all their stash??? If not, I have a cute way for them to haul it all home! I made these cute little buckets a while back and thought I'd share them with ya'll! I'm selling these for $10 a pop. They are sturdy and will last for years!! These empty, unused paint cans are covered in the cutest scrapbooking paper I could get my hands on. They can be personalized or not and have a multitude of uses.....trick or treating, use it to hold the candy you are giving out, a fun gift container to give to your spooky hostess or just as a fun decoration to hold all kinds of goodies!!

This picture is just a sample of what I have, there are MANY more! I'm going to post those in a bit!
I also make these for Christmas, Easter or if you have a certain costume in mind and want it to match, email me and I'll see what I can do!!

New Hair Candy

Here's some new hair candy I made while the brats enjoyed the second day of school this week! I was in the mood to try something new, so I thought this was the perfect time to work on some projects I've had swimming around in my head! I have a few more I need to do, but here's a couple for you to see or buy for now! hehe

I'm gonna sell these for $4, since they are my first go at this sort of thing and they aren't perfect!

Most of you that know me, know that I'm no computer wiz. (so if you see any mistakes or weird stuff going on here, it's cause I have no idea what the heck I'm doing! LOL!)

Anyways, I was trying to check my posts for mispellings and to make sure I had all the right pics ( I did use a couple of the same pics in the inventory post and left out 1 or 2. must have clicked the wrong ones!) and what not and realized that if you click on the pictures it gives you a real close up of it! Did you know that???? I thought that was so cool! Huh, you learn something new everyday!

Ok, I'm done now! LOL!

My newest bow

I made this bow the other day when I got Granny Brat's box in the mail! I love this ribbon. It feels so cool....I'vv been trying to think of the right word to describe it but I just can't get the right one.....tapestry, maybe??????

oops, I almost forgot....this is a 5" double bow. The ribbon does have wired edges and for this one I left them in so they would stand up bigger, but I could have just as easily pulled them out. You know me, the bigger the better! I think I have enough for another set! $7 or 2 for $12.50

I'd like to thank our newest model. She's the daughter of a friend and is here alot. I think we'll refer to her as Brat #6 from now on! ;) Thanks sister! You did a wonderful job and the bow looks great on you!

Here are a couple of the new ribbons that Granny Brat sent us last week!

YUM! Polka dots! My favorite!

I've been trying to get my hands on this "Jesus loves Me" ribbon for months! Oh, and that striped and dotted pink and green stuff just makes me think of watermelons!

Are those ballet shoes??? and flip flops???? FUN!!!! and I'm also loving that fun rainbow-y striped stuff too!

Ooohhh, I thik these are my new favs! Owls, ladybugs, cute little farm animals, flowers, and dinosaurs! I made Brat #3 a pillowcase dress that would match those dino's perfectly! Uh, I'm in ribbon heaven here!!!!!!

A list of my inventory????

A lot of you have asked if I could put a list of all the ribbons I have, on here. As much as I'd like to whip one up for you, I wanted to show you exactly what I'm working with here....at last count there were almost 400 different rolls of ribbon!!!

These first two pics are my "base" ribbons, 1 1/2" or larger....

These are most of the solid colored 7/8" ribbons

Here we have the "bulldog", "sports" and "holiday" ribbons

And these are the "patterned" and "specialty" ribbons

I hope you can make some of them out....for now. I'm really going to try to get more individual ribbons on here for you but for now this is gonna have to work. If you need it I probably have it and if I don't, I'll get it. Just let me know what it is you are looking for and I'll do my best to make it.

I've got some pics to post on here of some of the new ribbon I got last week! Wanna sneak peek? I'll tell you about some of them! There was some flip flop ribbon, one had ballet shoes, there were a few rolls of cupcakes, and some flowery ribbons too. This isn't all of them, just a few of my favs! I also have my orders all caught up and will post pics of them too!

Hi everyone!!!!!! Just wanted to let ya'll know I'm still here and will be posting some more bows next week. It's been a little crazy here lately. I started feeling better and then I had to take an emergency trip to Michigan last week. But I'm back and am getting everything back in order so I can get back to making more bows. I have a few orders that I need to finish also. They should be finished by the start of next week. I just got a TON of ribbon from Grandma Brat and I'm so excited! So keep checking back for more bows!!!!!!!!!

This is the Tiny bow. It measures approx. 2 inches and is made with 3/8 in ribbon....very small and very cute. $3 or 2 for $5

Here we have the Small bow. It measures approx. 3 in and is made with 7/8 in ribbon!
$4 or 2 for $7
This cutie here is the Medium bow. It's one of my favorites and is used for the "smaller" bow on all the stacked bows. It's approx. 4 in and made with 7/8 in ribbon.
$5 or 2 for $9
This bow is a nice big one! The large bow here measures approx.5 in and can be made with 7/8 in or 1 1/2 in ribbon. (I used 1 1/2 in here) This is the bow I use for the base bow on the stacked ones.
$6 or 2 for $11
Now these are my very personal faves here! I love love love the stacked bows! This is the double layer bow.
$7 or 2 for $12.50
The triple layer.....a base bow topped with a layer of spikes and a smaller bow on top of that!

The older girls really seem to like these Pony O's! They are six inches long and I use 6-8 ribbons in them!

The BIG bows were posted a few days ago. They are BIG! LOL! Those bad boys are 4 layers of ribbon. Pretty much the same as the other stacked bows.....there's a base bow, a layer of spikes, then a layer of surrounds (this is what makes it look so big ;)) and then a smaller bow!

Ok, today is my birthday and my darling husband surprised me this morning by telling me that he was taking me out to dinner! And there would be NO kids joining us!!!!! For those of you who know me that is a huge thing! We don't get out alone much! It made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside and made me want to do something nice for someone else!

Here are a few bows that I made recently......this first one here, I made for brat #3 to wear to preschool.....she's all about bible verses right now.....I like to use any and all ribbon that is pretty for my bows....the pink ribbon I used for the base bow is a wire edged ribbon and I considered removing the wire for about a second, but I just love how it stands up and holds the loops so well that I decided to leave it in! Below you'll see the second version.....we just couldn't decide which ribbon we liked best so we bought both!

This cute bow was made for my little K-state fans! I knew there was actual K-state ribbon flying around out there somewhere, but I couldn't find it anywhere! So, being the impatient person I am, I used all the purple and white ribbon I could find at the moment (again, I used floral ribbon for the base here, love how stiff it is!) Of coarse a week after I made these lovlies I found loads of K-state ribbon at the store. I made some pony-o thingies for brat #2 with that....I'll post those later!
Here's our "ladybug" bow....I know they look a little smooshed in the pic..........that's what happens when the brats wear them constantly and it's also the reason I starch all the bows now! LOL!
And this one here has to be one of my favorites!!!!! I just love the "dogs rule" and the pawprint ribbon on this one! All my brats can wear this one to school to show there school spirit! I even made the cutest pillowcase dress to match! I'll post that later too! GO BULLDOGS!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope you like what you see! I make these to match every outfit the brats have. I made a new set yesterday to match an outfit for brat#3....also in a later post! Have a great day!!!!!!!

Warning: These bows are BIG!!! Most people who like these bows, don't buy them due to their size.....They are supposed to be a little oversized and I'm trying to make some smaller ones. I also have some pony-o, hairstreamer thingies that the older girls seem to like as well!
